What empowers you?
Being a strong, successful woman in today's society. It can be hard being a female Associate Lighting Designer in NYC and I take pride in working my way from nothing to something. I didn't have opportunities that others had and I've come down a very long road to get to where I am today.

How do you empower others?
By being an example to other females in my industry. By teaching young women that, though the field is primarily male-dominated, you can still make opportunities happen and be successful in any way you want to be, not just in theatre but in any career and life! Even in my darkest of days, I will still be there for any person who is having hard time. I feel most empowered when I'm helping people. Not only encouraging them to achieve their goals but in their every day lives.

How do you define love?
Unconditionally. Love is every where you want it to be if you know where to look. You give love in different ways every single day. Never regret the love you give, you never know how much it may have helped someone even if it was difficult for you.
